Adeel Younus Memon is now been a recognized Contracts Management Professional with his diversified experience touching to 17th year in 2018 and involves his association with multiple industrial sectors such as Petrochemical Plants Shut Down & Turn Around, Mid-Stream Oil Refining & Large-Scale EPC & Construction Projects Contracting within UAE, Qatar and Pakistan. He is currently serving Kellogg Brown & Roots International Inc. (KBR) in their Abu Dhabi Branch office in Capacity of Senior Contracts Engineer -responsible for all Contractual & Legal matters within UAE operations of the Company. His one of the longest stunt in Middle East is to serve Descon Engineering as a Regional Manager -Subcontracts (UAE & Qatar), where he took the company’s Construction and Plant Maintenance division to a newer height of Contractual Operational Excellence

Adeel earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from NED University of Engineering & Technology in the year 2001 and a full time Master’s in Business Administration from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University -KHI Campus in 2006 (Both institutions are based in the City of Karachi -the Commercial & Financial Hub of Pakistan).

He completed his Certification in Contracts Development, Negotiation & Management as well from QUALIFI (a UK accredited certification body) through a competitive exam -scoring 84% marks (conducted by Business Management & Training Group of London) in Sept-2015.

Adeel is a Professional Engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE & a Founder Member of the Engineers of Pakistan in Emirates (EPE). He is also an online member of International Association of Contracts & Commercial Management (IACCM) & Procurement Leaders Network (PLN) and a vibrant & volunteer speaker on various professional forums through his active association with reputed Oil & Gas industry Event Organizers to the likes of IQPC (Middle East & UK), Fleming Gulf, Copeland Events -UK etc.
